I'm Kimberley, a Personal Trainer (qualified in 2010) specialising in strength & conditioning for women available in London and UK-wide online.
My coaching is shaped by personal experience and years of working with women who want results without extremes so we focus on training that’s effective, sustainable, and confidence-building.

My approach is built around structured gym programming, on-demand workouts, and support through different life stages, including menopause and pre/postnatal training. The goal is simple: help you get stronger, feel confident, and achieve results you can maintain.

SERVICES
Personalised training for women. Choose online programming, hybrid coaching, or in-person PT, and we’ll build strength, fitness, and confidence in a way that fits your life.

HYBRID
Hybrid coaching is designed for women who want the structure of a personalised training plan with regular coaching support to keep you progressing.
You’ll follow workouts delivered through the app (home or gym), with clear guidance for every session, plus scheduled PT sessions to refine technique, troubleshoot challenges, and adjust your plan as needed.
Alongside training, you’ll have in-app accountability tools including check-ins, progress tracking, and direct messaging support, so you stay consistent between sessions.
This option is ideal if you want expert input and momentum, while still training independently around work, family, and real life.

ONLINE
Structured gym programming for women who know the basics and want a clear, effective plan that delivers results.
Designed specifically for women, this programme focuses on functional strength and conditioning that supports real, everyday life, whether you train in a gym or a well-equipped home gym.
You have the option to train 4 days per week: 2 strength sessions to build muscle, resilience, and confidence, and 2 conditioning sessions to improve fitness, energy, and overall health.
Strength and conditioning are given equal priority within the programme, ensuring a balanced approach.
All programming is delivered through an app, guiding you through every session step-by-step.

IN-PERSON
In-person personal training is for women who want focused 1:1 coaching, tailored sessions, and hands-on support with technique, confidence, and progression.
Each session is built around your goals, your current ability, and what your body needs whether that’s getting stronger, improving fitness, or simply feeling better day to day.
You’ll train with clear structure and purpose, with coaching that adapts to your lifestyle, energy levels, and any limitations, so you can progress safely and consistently.
This is the best fit if you want maximum support, accountability, and a coach by your side every step of the way.
